App Builder is a professional visual development environment to create HTML5 apps, WebApps, Progressive WebApps, Web Extensions and Hybrid apps for the modern mobile and desktop browsers, as well platforms like Google Android, Apple iOS and Microsoft Windows. The DecSoft App Builder apps are based in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Information on recent updates of App Builder:

Fix a bug which causes that the apps created with an unregistered version of the product cannot be properly compiled with Apache Cordova on Mac OS for the iOS platform.
